Moving Forward

July 5th
Weigh in...170.5 up 3 lbs. Such a depressing number, I can't believe it. Wow, total honesty here. 2nd injection day, the shots aren't so bad. Injection 200 iu into my tummy, can't really feel too much. Another load day. Although today is fast Sunday, and I am fasting until after church. Made cupcakes for a YW's birthday, after church yep, had one. For our Sunday dinner, I got chicken breasts with skin on, which I never do, and coated them in flour, and fried them in lots of oil. With mashed potatoes, and cream gravy, corn on cob. I didn't really feel much like eating after that, I think I had popcorn. Later that night 9:00, almost bedtime, we broke our cardinal rule of the sabbath day, and ordered Dominoes pizza, I wanted a true load day, so I ended my day with cheesy breadsticks, and hawaain pizza. UUggg! How much can one tummy take?? Bedtime, we'll see what the scale says tomorrow!!
