HCG rocks!

Friday July 10th
Well my weigh in today is...drum roll please...160.7. Down 1.3 lbs. I can't believe it, 5 vlcd (very low calorie days) and I'm down 7 full lbs. Woweeeeee!!! Yipeee!!! Can this weight loss really continue at this pace??? I am feeling so much better, my stomach /digestive problems have become almost instinct. With tiny meals, and removing the junk, it feels so good! I can even handle the occasional hungries. I just don't care, I am going to get every last drop of this weight off, I want to be healthy, and feel good again, at 5'1" My health cannot afford to have this much weight on...my goal wieght is 118 lbs. We'll see where this journey takes me. I am picking Lee up from the airport tonight at 8:00. He starts his injections tomorrow, and his load days. It's gonna be a huge bummer, to have him stuffing his face, while I'm eating practically nothing. Oh well, I'm not going to go backwards. I will be victorious...keep moving forward. I'll journal my food later, it's time for my injection and a shower, time to get my day moving!!
