Weigh in: 158.o loss of 1.4 Total loss 9.5. Yeah finally, I'm moving again. Whew.
For lunch today, I had chicken, an orange strawberry smoothie, celery, melba toast.
Dinner, tilapia, smoothie, celery, melba toast. Got to hang in and make this work.
I wasn't so hungry today, a little off and on. I had my smoothie before lunch, just so dang dry mouth. It helped. Put some cinnamon in my tea, that helped it taste better. Movin on!!
